2. Services Provided
Pittsfield Lawn Care offers lawn care services including mowing, edging, blowing clippings, trimming of shrubs and bushes, spring and fall cleanups, and mulching and bed maintenance. Specific services requested by the customer will be outlined in a separate service agreement.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and online payments. Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Service Guarantee
We strive to provide high-quality lawn care services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours of service, and we will make it right.
6. Liability
Pittsfield Lawn Care is not liable for any damages to your property that occur as a result of services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Customers are responsible for notifying us of any special instructions or areas to avoid.
7. Use of Website
By using our website, you agree to our Privacy Policy and acknowledge that any information provided by you is accurate and truthful. Unauthorized use of our website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
8. Modifications to Terms of Service
Pittsfield Lawn Care reserves the right to change or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Massachusetts.
